- Echo This disk contains two .EXE files which actually contain multiple files
- Echo that have been compressed using PKSFX from PKWARE, Inc. When you enter
- Echo the file name and press Enter, it will execute just like a program and
- Echo uncompress all the files contained therein to the CURRENT DRIVE AND
- Echo DIRECTORY. The file called USERDOC.EXE contains the File/Archive docu-
- Echo mentation plus several documentation files explaining what File/Archive
- Echo is and some introductory material. The uncompressed files will require
- Echo about 76K and will not fit on this disk, so if you want to read it
- Echo before you install File/Archive, set the default drive to another loc-
- Echo ation such as C:\ and then enter A:USERDOC. You could also simply copy
- Echo the file to an empty diskette, then put that disk in drive A: and enter
- Echo USERDOC (assuming A: is the default drive). The files will then be
- Echo extracted to the same disk. You will see that there are batch files for
- Echo each of the text files that will let you view each .TXT file one screen
- Echo at a time. (They use PBS-VIEW.COM from Public Brand Software.)

- Echo When you run INSTALL.BAT to install the system, the files in USERDOC.EXE
- Echo and FILARC20.EXE will automatically be extracted to the same directory
- Echo as the one where you install File/Archive. The file, FILARC20.EXE,
- Echo contains all the programs, some miscellaneous files, and two batch files
- Echo files used by the installation procedure.
